Our partner is looking for a Technical Adoption Specialist Autodesk Build/Construction Operations based in Canada. This role sits at the intersection of construction expertise, technical consulting, and customer success, supporting enterprise clients in maximizing value from advanced construction technology solutions. You will work directly with strategic customers to drive adoption of Autodesk construction platforms, helping them improve workflows, increase efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The position blends hands-on technical advisory work with structured enablement and training delivery across diverse user groups. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex construction processes and digital transformation journeys. Operating within a global customer success environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to identify adoption barriers and deliver scalable learning solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about construction technology, digital workflows, and customer enablement at scale. \n
Accountabilities: Deliver structured coaching sessions to support customer adoption of Autodesk Build and related construction solutions, ensuring effective workflow integration and business value realization. Conduct discovery and advisory calls to understand customer workflows, adoption challenges, and training needs across construction project environments. Act as a trusted technical advisor by providing expert guidance on construction operations workflows and Autodesk platform capabilities. Develop, maintain, and update enablement materials, learning resources, and digital content aligned with customer needs and platform best practices. Lead live training sessions and scalable group enablement programs to support end users in adopting tools, workflows, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to refine coaching approaches and improve customer adoption strategies across global accounts. Requirements: 5–6 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related industries with strong exposure to architectural and construction workflows. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field. Strong expertise in construction management processes and familiarity with digital tools such as Autodesk Build and related platforms. Experience delivering training, technical consulting, or customer enablement in complex technical environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both live and virtual. Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt in fast-paced environments, and manage multiple customer engagements. Experience creating learning materials or enablement content is considered a strong asset. Benefits: Competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from approximately CAD $83,000 to $122,100, based on experience and location.
