Full-time, onsite / M-F / 40hrs per week
Hybrid with the expectation to be onsite 4+ days per week for team collaboration. Occasional international travel is expected with this role. This position has been evaluated with an annual base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 CAD. Offers will be determined based on the successful candidate’s assessed skills, experience and qualifications.

Role Responsibilities
As the SAP Support Analyst, you will serve as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the continuous improvement of SAP business processes across the North American organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable SAP solutions, and leading the implementation of system enhancements that improve operational efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales processes while ensuring SAP continues to meet evolving business needs.
Specifically, The SAP Support Analyst Will
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP enhancements and process improvements. Analyze current business processes and recommend SAP solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. Configure, test, implement, and support SAP solutions across MM, SD, PP, and related logistics modules. Lead functional design activities, develop business process documentation, and support user acceptance testing for new enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and external partners to deliver SAP projects and system improvements. Troubleshoot complex SAP functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage SAP best practices and standard functionality. Provide second-level functional support, end-user guidance, and training to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. Ensure all SAP enhancements comply with established governance, change management, and system development lifecycle processes.
Become Part Of Our Team
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant supporting enterprise SAP environments. Strong functional expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning). Experience with FI/CO is considered an asset. Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into SAP solutions. Experience configuring, testing, and implementing SAP enhancements in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of business process analysis, SAP best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions. Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
