We are expanding our footprint and looking for a TECHNICAL OUTSIDE SALES to lead industrial market growth in the Prairie Provinces .

Your Mission As the connector between EPCs, consulting engineers, end users, and internal commercial teams, you will:
Drive Industrial Growth & Specification Success
- Lead business development efforts with EPCs, engineering firms, industrial end-users, and project specifiers
- Strategically influence product selection at the design and planning stage
- Build early visibility on long-term capital projects and turn them into executed wins
- Transition awarded projects to internal execution pillars (OEM, CI, Utilities, Telecom)
Collaborate Across Western & Central Canada
- Partner with PC Managers in AB, SK, and MB to align strategies and share intel
- Work closely with Inside Sales & Account Management teams for seamless project execution
- Use ERP/CRM and MS Teams for pipeline management, forecasting, and coordination
Champion the Market
- Track regional economic trends and major project announcements
- Build strong technical relationships across the engineering community
- Represent NCS International at trade shows, industry seminars, and strategic events
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our supplier base
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) or deep industry knowledge or experience
- 5+ years experience working with EPCs, industrial end users, utilities or major infrastructure projects
- Proven success influencing engineering specifications & capital project decisions
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset — decisions backed by insight & data
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- High initiative, strong professional presence, and a collaborative team approach
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools and MS Office/Teams
