About the role

Location: Work From Anywhere - Canada Our team goal is to make sure Sherweb partners use the best tools to work securely and efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by mastering cloud security & continuity products and communicating their value to channel partners as well as the sales team on how to succeed with these products. Succeeding in this role involves building a strong partnership with our internal teams as well as our partners by enabling them to get the most potential out of these products.

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

  • Be an internal and external technical champion of Sherweb’s security & continuity products.
  • Deliver or facilitate technical demos for our partners, either 1:many or 1:1.
  • Work with GTM team to create technical documentation for partners.
  • Help partners to onboard select products within the security & continuity portfolio.
  • Work with the GTM team to execute and optimize technical trainings for partners.
  • Report on demos/presales activity as it pertains to the security & continuity product line.
  • Participate in the training required by the sales department.
  • other related tasks according to organizational needs.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • Diploma in Business Administration or in any related field, or equivalent SaaS sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a presales role, preferably in the MSP industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with S1/Checkpoint/Proofpoint/Acronis/Veeam or other products in the Sherweb portfolio.
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to speak 1:1 and 1:many
  • A valid driver’s license and passport, and legally authorized to travel to the United States
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ideally Dynamics.
