Job Description:

The Associate Director, Enterprise Solutions, provides strategic leadership for the College’s enterprise application ecosystem (ERP, CRM, SIS, integrations, analytics/Power BI, data governance, and custom applications), with a strong focus on accelerating responsible AI adoption. Key accountabilities include setting and executing multi-year roadmaps; leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable, secure solutions; establishing governance, architecture standards, and portfolio prioritization; and partnering with senior leaders and vendor partnerships to solve complex business problems through process redesign and digital enablement. The role also leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., automation, analytics augmentation, and AI-assisted workflows), including adoption planning, change management, measurement of impact, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and the student and employee experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Four (4) Year Bachelor's Degree in the area of Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

  • ITIL certification and/or PMP certification, and/or certification or demonstrated experience in ITSM(ITIL);

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, project/program management and cloud, data and AI is an asset;

  • Minimum of nine (9) years progressively senior IT experience including leadership, with depth in enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, SIS), integrations, BI/analytics, and data governance;

  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmaps, and partnering with senior leaders to drive transformation and adoption.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and operations while sustaining service levels and continuous improvement.

  • Experience enabling AI capabilities in enterprise platforms and data ecosystems to improve automation, analytics, and decision-making, while managing privacy, security, data integrity, and risk.

  • Working knowledge of ITSM best practices (e.g., ITIL) and experience applying Agile/Lean methods, including vendor/service performance management.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including translating technical topics and articulating value to varied audiences

  • Demonstrated skill leading technology teams in large, complex environments.

  • Strong vendor negotiation and management skills, with hands-on experience in application development and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP) to validate solution designs.

  • Expert knowledge of solution design, analysis methods, and application development practices for complex organizations.

  • Strong people leadership: builds trust, coaches/mentors, and develops high-performing, diverse teams.

  • Strong client-service mindset with the ability to influence outcomes through relationships and clear communication.

  • Demonstrated change leadership and a collaborative approach to achieving shared results.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, with strong business acumen and applied research/innovation mindset.
