Our banking client is looking for a Product Designer for 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, onsite 3-4x per week (of your choice). Rate range is $50-60 per hour, t4. You will design experiences that shape how clients securely access, manage, and protect their financial lives on mobile. This includes: Enhancing foundational mobile banking flows Creating new security-related features that strengthen trust and safety Contributing to the evolution the design systems and reusable patterns Key Responsibilities Partner with two dedicated designers plus content, research, and visual specialists to solve client problems using design thinking. Propose and participate in research activities to define the problem space and uncover client needs. Create 0-1 solutions and iterate through the full design lifecycle, from concept to final delivery. Work closely with product partners to translate strategy into thoughtful, intuitive design solutions. Plan and participate in usability testing to validate and refine design decisions. Collaborate with the Components team to build reusable patterns and strengthen the client's design ecosystem. Present design work to cross-functional partners and the broader design community. Work with design leadership to advance long-term design direction and standards. Qualifications Experience designing digital products, ideally mobile. Comfortable participating in or leading user research and usability testing. Proficiency with modern design tools and familiarity with design systems. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and design. Strong design thinking mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity. Nice to Have Familiarity with financial services or security-related product design. Experience building or maintaining component libraries. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
