About the role
Reporting directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement the Senior Analyst, will support the evaluation of business processes and functions, gathering and analysis of performance metrics and implementation of recommended business process improvements and operational enhancements across all business lines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating current business processes using data-driven methodologies identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies in workflows.
- Support cross-functional process improvement projects from initiation through execution.
- Gather, clean, and analyze operational data to uncover trends or issues.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and help develop clear recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor business metrics and KPIs, investigate variances, and analyze root causes to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop future-state process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control plans
- Support the execution of project plans by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and helping ensure milestones are met.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Experience:
- 1.5+ years post-undergraduate experience in management consulting business process improvement, operations analysis or continuous improvement
- Experience working with data sets to extract insights; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and able to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Proactive and self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and influential capabilities
- Experience in supporting facilitating workshops or stakeholder meetings.
- Demonstrated interest in delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management
