Do you love the Saskatchewan Roughriders and want to help put on a fun fan experience for our fans before home games?
The Saskatchewan Roughriders are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our Events Team. Events Team Members play a key role in delivering a fun, welcoming, and family-friendly experience at the Party in the Park, prior to Roughriders home games.
Party in the Park is the ultimate hype zone full of games, entertainment, and FUN! This team is responsible for adding to Rider Nation’s exceptional fan experience at the Party in the Park tailgate events. This includes supporting the setup, execution, and teardown of pregame park activities outside Mosaic Stadium. No experience required- just a can-do attitude
Where will your talents be focused? (Includes but is not limited to)
- As a team, assist in the set-up, tear-down and operation of all Party in the Park events, including inflatables, tents, games, tables, and chairs.
- Assist as needed in executing Party in the Park activations such as games, entertainment, and the KidZone activities.
- Liaise with Partners, vendors, and entertainers for all their set up and logistical needs.
- Apply below and help transform our backyard for Rider Nation’s beloved pre-game party all summer long!
Requirements
Where will your talents be focused? (Includes but is not limited to)
· As a team, assist with the setup and teardown of all Party in the Park events, including inflatables, signage, tents, games, tables, and chairs.
· Ensure event areas are organized, safe, and ready for fans prior to gates opening.
· Welcome and interact with fans in a friendly and professional manner.
· Monitor activity areas during the event to ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
- Assist as needed in executing Party in the Park activations such as games, entertainment, and the KidZone activities.
- Liaise with Partners, vendors, and entertainers for all their set up and logistical needs.
· Support the breakdown and packing of equipment after the event.
What is needed to be successful? (Includes but is not limited to):
- Can-do attitude with willingness and excitement to help in all areas listed above
- Physical stamina, high energy levels, and ability to support labour tasks that may include lifting.
- Party in the Park is open 3 hours before Kickoff for fans to enjoy. This role will be expected to arrive 2 hours prior to when Party in the Park gates open and will conclude approximately 30 minutes after kick-off. *Due to varying circumstances, set up and tear down may take longer for some games. Flexibility is required.
- Applicants must be available for all Party in the Park events, prior to Saskatchewan Roughriders Home Games listed below. Please note, estimated start time is included below and each shift will be approximately 6 hours.
- 2026 Home Game Schedule:
-May 23, 2026 – 5:00pm -June 13, 2026 – 5:00pm -June 26, 2026 – 7:00pm -July 12, 2026 – 5:00pm -July 23, 2026 – 7:00pm -August 7, 2026 – 7:00pm -August 29, 2026 – 5:00pm -September 6, 2026 – 5:00pm -October 2, 2026 – 7:30pm -October 17, 2026 – 1:00pm -October 24, 2026 – 1:00pm
*Have the opportunity to work other Roughrider Club Events as needed.

About Saskatchewan Roughriders
The Saskatchewan Roughriders are a Canadian Football League Team with over 100 years of history. In recent years the Roughriders (Riders) have routinely led the CFL in revenue generation and fan support including ticket sales, social media engagement and TV viewership. Roughrider home games are played at Mosaic Stadium where a sea of fans dressed in green cover over 33,000 seats. The Riders sell more branded merchandise than all of the other CFL teams combined and with a following across Canada and the US, the Riders regularly sell out home games and draw large crowds at away games.
