Position Overview: OpenText Developer & Support Analyst – 12 month contract Onsite in Regina preferred but remote will be considered The successful candidate will provide:
- Break/fix support, system administration, development, upgrades, and application management across OpenText Content Server, AppWorks, Extended ECM, and related platforms.
- Development of workflows, templates, reports, automations, and administration tasks.
- Collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical specifications and design documents
- Application configurations
- Operational guides
- Upgrade guides
- Installation guides
- Deployment plans
- System Reports
- Disaster recovery procedures
- KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles) related to common issues, FAQs, how to and workarounds for known issues
Skills & Qualifications: A degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Formal OpenText training (including but not limited to):
- Formal OpenText Content Server developer/administrator training
- Formal OpenText AppWorks developer/administrator training
