As we continue to grow across retail, digital, and wholesale channels, we’re seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving clarity, accountability, and performance across the business.

Your Role as Senior FP&A Analyst:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and insight generation across all sales channels. This role connects consumer trends, operational performance, and financial outcomes to support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in improving reporting systems, creating dashboards, leveraging BI tools, strengthening forecast accuracy, and enabling scalable financial tools as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Hillberg & Berk’s culture and values while supporting an exceptional internal and external client experience.

  • Lead financial planning and forecasting across retail, digital, and wholesale channels, including sales, margin, COGS, and SG&A.

  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and variance analysis with clear insights, risks, and actionable recommendations.

  • Implement dashboards and reporting tools for cross functional data availability and accuracy, including but not limited to BI

  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Retail Operations, Digital, and Wholesale teams to drive performance and profitability.

  • Enhance forecasting models, reporting tools, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.

  • Support strategic and ad-hoc initiatives through high-quality financial analysis to inform key business decisions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or retail analytics

  • Advanced Excel modeling and strong financial reporting skills

  • Experience in implementing reporting tools, dashboards and/or BI tools

  • Understanding of retail KPIs, margin drivers, promotions, and inventory management

  • Experience across both digital and brick-and-mortar retail environments is considered an asset

  • Strong communication, presentation, and business-partnering skills

  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

Remote Opportunity with Preferred Location: Vancouver

Salary Band: $85,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.

If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
