WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, and haul trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Load, move, and stockpile frac sand and other materials
- Perform pre-operational inspections and complete equipment checklists
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, haul roads, and stockpile zones
- Follow all company safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Support production targets while minimizing downtime and material loss
- Assist with general plant or site duties as required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience (mining, construction, or industrial setting preferred)
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night schedule
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in frac sand, mining, or bulk material handling
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with OH&S or similar safety regulations
- Experience working in remote or camp-based environments

About Source Energy Services Ltd.
Source is a fully integrated producer, supplier, and distributor of high quality frac sand, primarily to the WCSB. Source provides its customers with a full end-to-end solution through its Wisconsin mines and processing facilities, its Domestic sand mine in Peace River, its unit train capable rail assets, its strategically located transload terminal network, and its "last-mile" logistics capabilities. Source owns and operates a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant located in east-central Barron County near the town of Sumner, Wisconsin, a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant, which includes three washing circuits, dry processing plant and unit train capable loadout facility, located near Blair, Wisconsin , a dry processing plant, storage and loadout facility located in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin, and a Northern White frac sand mine and related closed-loop wet processing plant, dry processing plant, and loadout facility, located near Blair, Wisconsin. Early in 2022, Source assumed all operations, distribution, and sale of domestic frac sand from a facility in Peace River, AB. This transaction provided Source with the opportunity to integrate Peace River frac sand into Source's leading distribution network resulting in low-cost production with significant logistical advantage and ensures efficiency of supply for our customers while expanding the company's footprint and product offerings as well.
