Client Success - Project Manager (FTC)

Role description: Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional project outcomes? In this role, you’ll lead discovery sessions, define project scope, and oversee implementation to ensure every client experience exceeds expectations. You’ll manage timelines, resources, and risks while serving as the key point of contact during onboarding and beyond.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. Role accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Create detailed project plans and schedules
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients regarding progress and outcomes.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the new client’s goals and requirements.
- Oversee setup, configuration, or customization of products or services for new clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agreed specifications.
- Serve as a point of contact during the initial implementation phase.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide status updates and implementation progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously and delivering measurable results.
- Empathy and active listening to understand client needs and concerns.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay on top of deliverables for both ongoing clients and new implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and find effective solutions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies: (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid models.)
- Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude to take ownership of client accounts and drive results.

The salary range for this position is $45.000 - $60.000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
