- The Group Product Manager is a leadership role responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap for a Unity Video high-value product portfolio
- You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, mentoring them to deliver high-quality customer experiences while ensuring alignment with the broader company vision and objectives
- The Group Product Manager acts as a key bridge between product strategy, execution and executive leadership
- You will be influencing priorities across the organization and partnering with engineering to optimize delivery and product quality
- Portfolio Strategy: Drive cross-product or portfolio-level strategy and roadmaps, ensuring individual product areas align with the overall company strategy
- Develop Product Talent: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring the team operates with an outcome-driven focus and high execution velocity
- Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the entire industry, including vertical-specific needs and regional customer differences
- Continuous Discovery: Champion a customer-centric mindset by synthesizing recurring insights and patterns from customer interactions and market analysis to fuel the long-term strategic backlog
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with senior management, executive stakeholders, sales, product marketing, UX and engineering to drive alignment across the organization to ensure cohesive user experiences and shared business outcomes
- Measure and Optimize Customer Value: Define key success metrics and own the post-launch feedback loop, relentlessly driving down friction points and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across the product lifecycle

- Stock grants & employee stock purchase plans- Leadership & Portfolio Management: 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of managing a product portfolio and leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Product team members
- Strategic & Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive whole-product strategy, evaluate complex business cases independently, and effectively communicate key strategic decisions to executive leadership
- Product Excellence: Expertise in modern product frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and the ability to define, launch, and measure the success of complex features and end-to-end customer experiences
- Technical Depth: Deep technical familiarity with enterprise software architecture, such as complex, on-premise Video Management Systems (VMS) and hybrid-cloud environments
- GenAI Proficiency/Prototyping: Hands-on experience utilizing LLMs or rapidly standing up AI-generated prototypes to iterate on product concepts
- Security Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of the physical security or video security landscapes
- Systems Thinking & Integration: Proven ability to design and drive features that span complex, multi-component systems, ensuring seamless integration and consistent user experiences
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of experience in product or project management
