About the role
As our Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products to the Master Groups Western Canadian Dealer Network. Your responsibilities will include evaluating customer needs, providing pricing solutions, inputting orders, coordinating logistics, and delivering outstanding after PO support.

- Technical Expertise: Mastering the intricacies of cross-referencing parts and equipment to precisely meet diverse customer requirements.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Determining Residential HVAC equipment specifications tailored to individual client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with the local team to manage inventory effectively and ensure timely customer service.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinating flawless product deliveries based on customer requests, internally and from vendors.
- Proposal Development: Crafting comprehensive and compelling quotations and proposals from project plans and specifications.
- Documentation Proficiency: Providing meticulous technical drawings and data sheets for client approval.
- Communication Excellence: Engaging with contractors through clear and persuasive communication to provide accurate material lists and quotations.
- Customer Interaction: Handling calls and written communications with professionalism from clients, branch representatives, and external partners.
- Order Processing: Ensuring meticulous order processing in adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Post-Order Support: Offering impeccable after PO support with proactive follow-ups to guarantee enduring customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Navigating and resolving issues with finesse to uphold customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Building robust collaborations with internal and external departments to elevate overall customer satisfaction.
- Customer Response: Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, questions, or complaints.
What You Bring To Our Team
- Education Prowess: Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
- Tech Wizardry: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and comfort with ERP software.

Compensation Information Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
