About the role

Summary:

  • The Solutions Engineer collaborates with sales and engineering teams to design and support tailored technical solutions that address customer needs. This role focuses on developing technical documentation, coordinating product information, and supporting smooth execution of customer-facing projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with engineering teams and external vendors to support development of RF component and satellite-based solutions
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, including specifications and solution summaries
  • Manage product data, part numbers, and related records within internal systems
  • Support component sourcing and evaluation activities
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product datasheets and technical materials
  • Maintain and organize documentation across PLM, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
  • Coordinate communication between sales, engineering, and operations teams
  • Support documentation for product releases and customer deliverables
  • Assist with workflow coordination across technical and commercial functions

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, applications engineering, or similar roles
  • Knowledge of RF or communication systems is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Familiarity with business or engineering systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or data tools) is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
