Position Overview We're looking for a Graphic Designer with content speciality to join our Creative Team. Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Senior Content Designer, you'll help bring our seasonal photo and video productions, product launches, and everyday brand stories to life.This role is ideal for someone who loves both design and creative production. You'll create digital assets, support photoshoots with organization and production logistics, and help transform campaign assets into engaging content across all channels print and digital,owed and paid. What You'll Do
Assist with shoot production such as organizing shot lists, participating in style-outs and developing BTS content. Adapt campaign creative into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency (photo and video) Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution. File management for content libraries, design files. Develop image indexes and photo layouts for ratios/formats. Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Content Designer to develop engaging digital-first content. Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or a similar creative role. Experience in fashion, footwear, beauty industry is an asset. Experience and knowledge in content production (photo, video) required. Strong skills in layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable supporting creative productions and managing multiple moving pieces A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to learn
