Flex Academy is a JK-12 brick-and-mortar school which is a division of Heritage Christian Online School located in Kelowna, BC. In their Christ-focused, campus-based program, we are combining the best of classroom experience with the versatility of online tools to develop a hybrid model of education that makes education as expansive and flexible as possible.
The Position
Flex Academy has an opening for a Middle School ADST Teacher for the 2026-27 school year! This is apart-time (0.125 FTE) position**.** Flex Academy teachers educate students within a flexible educational model and support their academic, spiritual, and social-emotional growth with a focus on individualized education.
- ADST (Gr. 6-9)

As a Flex Academy Teacher, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver quality instruction for both academic and spiritual growth of student (including use of digital curriculum)
- Plan, teach, assess and report, while maintaining good classroom management
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary
- Plan field trips and participate in school and staff meetings, and parents meetings
- Maintaining daily communication with students, families and staff
- Actively participate as member of staff team

What we offer:
- 0.125 FTE
- Annual salary: $6,100- $11,100 based upon 0.125 FTE and depending on years of experience and education level
