POSITION OVERVIEW: Manages the planning, execution and oversight of vendor and contract management processes across all IT functions-such as IT operations, applications and infrastructure-ensuring agreements deliver value, meet service requirements and align with organizational priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the ... end-to-end vendor and contract management lifecycle across all business areas, including vendor outreach, request for proposals (RFP) coordination, negotiation, selection and onboarding.
- Monitor and report on vendor performance and SLA compliance; proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure vendor capabilities align with operational and strategic business needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the minimum and maximum range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Eligible employees offered health, vision, and dental insurance, employee assistance program, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, 2 weeks paid parental leave, paid bereavement, employee discounts, 6.67–13.34 hours vacation per month based on service time, 8 paid holidays.
PAY RANGE: Pay Range: $79,056.00 - $151,787.00 per year
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, project management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in project management or Project Management Office (PMO) roles, with exposure to vendor management, procurement or contract administration. • Strong understanding of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) vendor performance monitoring and compliance management. • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as procurement, legal, finance and business stakeholders. • Familiarity with compliance, risk management and regulatory requirements across multiple IT business domains. • Familiarity with freight, supply chain or operationally intensive industry solutions is desirable. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. • Stilled in negotiation, relationship management and conflict resolution. • Proactive, self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision. • Ability mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
