Driving Purpose of the position:
Consider this position as a master of organization, from calendars to internal documents, to office snacks & supplies, this role does it all! Your mission is to make things happen with precision!
What your typical day would look like:
This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office in driving organizational effectiveness. As the Executive Office Associate, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day administration of the Executive Office, including:
- coordination of the board and committee governance
- scheduling and coordinating meetings
- preparing meeting minutes and board packages
- maintaining secure access to governance materials through the board portal
- tracking board activities, decisions, policies, and mandates
- ensuring compliance with governance protocols
- managing corporate records and filings
- assisting with onboarding new board members
All while providing a concierge-level of service to the Executives and Board of Directors, handling travel arrangements, expenses, and other related activities with professionalism and attention to detail.
That's not all, you will play a key role in confidential documentation control, human resources support, and office coordination, creating an organized and welcoming environment for our team. If you love being at the center of it all and thrive on keeping things running seamlessly, this is the role for you!
What You bring to the role:
- 5-7 years of proven experience keeping executives and board of directors organized and ready for the task at hand, 3-5 at a senior level, preferably in a law office or document control environment.
- Formal education in business administration, human resources, governance, or related field.
