##What You Can Expect

This role is responsible for analyzing inventory data to identify excess stock, streamline inventory levels, and implement strategies that reduce E&O inventory expenses while maintaining optimal product availability. In addition, this role will be responsible for working with the Zimmer Biomet Canada Distributor Offices, Marketing, and Asset Management to standardize, optimize and manage field assets. The role must readily adapt and apply judgment to support offices related to field inventory management and accommodate training needs for processes and systems across internal and distributor teams.

This team member will be expected to come on site occasionally.

##How You'll Create Impact

• Interact with Distributor Offices, Marketing and Asset Management to provide process support
• Document and optimize Field Asset Reduction plan
• Run system based reports for analysis and trends
• Generate regular reports for management
• Learn and understand Inventory SMS
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to remain informed, operate crossfunctionally, and achieve departmental goals
• Works independently or as a member of a team and effectively utilizes the contributions of other team members to complete projects
• Ability to act as back up to other members of the department on a specific situation as-needed basis

##Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience

##Travel Expectations

Less than 5%

##Expected Compensation Range

$60,000 - $70,000 CAD/annual
