The Opportunity
The Belleville Senators are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Partnerships & Activations team asanAccount Executive, Corporate Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join an NHL affiliate which will allow the candidate to become fully engaged in the business of a professional sports team.
TheAccount Executive, Corporate Partnershipsis responsible for developing new business through sponsorship and premium sales, while also providing world-class service to existing partners. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering creative solutions, and exceeding revenue goals.
**Number of vacancies:**1, this is a replacement position.
Location: CAA Arena, 265 Cannifton Road, Belleville, ON K8N 4V8
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and close new corporate partnerships across the Quinte region and beyond.

Build tailored sponsorship packages leveraging team assets (in-arena signage, digital media, hospitality, jersey branding, and community programs).

Manage and renew assigned partner accounts by delivering measurable results and exceptional service.

Collaborate with marketing, game operations, and community relations staff to ensure flawless execution of activations.

Represent the Belleville Senators at games, networking events, and community initiatives as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications (what we look for)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or equivalent work experience.

1–3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
-
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hockey calendar.
Who We Are
The Belleville Senators are a professional ice hockey team based in Belleville, Ontario, competing in the American Hockey League (AHL). They are the top affiliate of the NHL's Ottawa Senators and were established in 2017 after the Binghamton Senators relocated to Belleville. The team plays its home games at CAA Arena and serves as a key development ground for Ottawa’s future NHL talent.

Active social committee, which hosts multiple large-scale events throughout the year.
This role falls within a base salary range of $39,200.00 - $60,000.00 annually, consistent with the organization’s established salary ranges. Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
