About the role

We are seeking an experiencedOrder-to-Cash (OTC) Consultantwith deep expertise in**SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)**to support and optimize our end‑to‑end OTC processes. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of SAP OTC modules, hands-on experience in the CPG or Wholesale sector, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Process Optimization

  • Lead the analysis, design, and optimization ofOTC processeswithin SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify gaps, define requirements, and recommend best‑practice solutions.
  • Configure and enhance SAP modules related toOrder Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management, andCustomer Master Data.

Project Execution & System Deployment

  • Support full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved inProcure‑to‑Pay, Logistics Execution, Demand Planning, Finance, andMaster Data.

Industry Expertise – CPG & Wholesale

  • Apply industry-specific best practices for high-volume order processing, promotions, trade terms, distribution challenges, and direct/indirect sales channels.
  • Optimize processes forservice level performance,inventory accuracy, andcustomer fulfillment efficiency.

Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide level 2/3 functional support for SAP OTC operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as anSAP OTC or SAP SCM Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in**SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)**and OTC-related integration with

-MM(Materials Management) -FI(Finance) -WM/EWM(Warehouse) -TM(Transportation), an asset

  • Hands-on experience inSAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of IDoc processing, EDI, pricing configuration, and master data governance.

Industry Experience

  • Proven background inConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG)and/orWholesale distribution.
  • Understanding of high-volume sales, order automation, trade promotions, and retail/wholesale customer requirements.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP certifications in SD or SCM are a strong asset.
