About the role
As part of our talented Revenue Processing team, you will have primary day-to-day responsibility for supporting the data entry function. This will include verifying donor information, inputting data, uploading data, and balancing records related to processing campaign data.
This position will allow you to apply your passion for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our mission ensuring no one in our community is left behind.
This is a temporary full-time Monday – Friday position (36.25 hours/week). The Term for this role will be September 1 to January 16, 2026.
The Day to Day
- Work involves utilizing data entry skills to verify information, enter data, import data, and balance records related to processing campaign revenue.
- Verification of financial information with donors.
- Filing and routine research.
- Support other revenue processing activities as required.
About you:
You are eager to apply your exceptional data entry and attention to detail skills to this role in supporting the data entry function of our team. You have a can-do attitude, are outcomes driven, and approach situations with a customer focus. Thinking critically and curiously, staying organized, and working in a team is how you thrive. You love operating in a digital environment and are proficient with MS Office (we use Office 365 – MS Teams, SharePoint) and enjoy learning and using new technology.
You have a high school diploma and a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience. You have experience working with large volumes of alpha and numeric data and operating computer systems. You are detail orientated and enjoy the buzz of a busy work environment. Equivalent combination of education and lived experience is considered.
