Are you experienced in end-to-end deal cycle processes within Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing, and Logistics? Do you enjoy improving systems and simplifying processes? If so, we want to hear from you. As a Digital Delivery Analyst, you will serve as Suncor’s in-house subject matter expert for our integrated trading and logistics systems. You will support business users, drive process improvements, and ensure systems are effectively configured to enable new and existing business activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4, including IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, and Inventory Management
  • 5+ years of experience with TriplePoint or similar CTRM/ETRM platforms
  • University degree or diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing, and Logistics processes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems and process support to Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams across the full deal lifecycle (trade entry, risk management, logistics, and inventory management)
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for SAP S/4 and TriplePoint systems
  • Partner with cross-functional business teams, IT, and third-party vendors to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
  • Support new business initiatives by ensuring systems and processes are properly designed and implemented
  • Lead and support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and maintenance
  • Monitor and report on system performance, user performance, and process KPIs
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of process-related system issues and implement continuous improvement solutions

Location and other key details:

  • You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
  • Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
