What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a strategic, operational, and tactical advisor to hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions optimally and sustainably;
  • Collaborating with the designated Talent & Culture Business Partner to understand key priorities, interests, and required expertise, and sharing this information within the team;
  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies through social networks, candidate databases, etc.;
  • Building and maintaining pools of potential candidates, with in-depth knowledge of the Canadian job market and the needs of your dedicated business line;
  • Representing iA at networking events to increase our employer brand awareness and contribute to the development of your professional network;
  • Providing advice on best practices and mentoring your colleagues in Canada and the United States, with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and performance;
  • Managing each stage of the recruitment process with agility, ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.

What Will Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 10 years of experience, including 5 to 8 years in advisory and recruitment roles;
  • Demonstrates advanced sourcing skills;
  • Manages multiple priorities effectively;
  • Works with performance indicators in a dynamic environment with a sustained workload;
  • Has advanced proficiency in French, as you will conduct interviews with French-speaking candidates and managers, and lead presentations with internal and external French-speaking partners on a weekly basis.

The proposed base salary may vary depending on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the position.
