What You Will Accomplish With Us

As an Exclusive and VIP Service Specialist you will play a key role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a distinctive, end-to-end, personalized service experience. Developing a strong understanding of the environment in which high-potential advisors operate and adapting your approach using available performance indicators. Leveraging monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively identify urgent situations and potential issues in submitted cases. Following up promptly with advisors when information is incomplete, inconsistent, or instructions are unclear. Analyzing complex cases and recommending appropriate courses of action, including exception requests. Managing complex files and making decisions on exception cases while ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Coordinating with various stakeholders and business units to ensure proper follow-up and progress of files under your responsibility. Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance the client experience, reduce costs and turnaround times, and increase productivity. Participating in special projects and additional initiatives that contribute to the team’s objectives. Maintaining a high level of knowledge of processes, procedures, and cross-functional business updates.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role and holds a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent. Demonstrates strong experience in life insurance and life insurance products. Is recognized for outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excels at problem-solving and critical thinking. Is known for autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, strong prioritization skills, and a proactive approach. Is fully proficient in French is a strong asset and has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication and presentations with internal and external clients located across Canada.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 70 000$ and 78 000 CAD + bonus per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
