Job Description Your life at Canam As Operations Coordinator at Tensio, you will be the strategic pillar ensuring the smooth running of our smart monitoring platform, from inventory to the field. Your role will be decisive : you will be both the logistics brain and the architect of our technical deployments.
Your role will be to ensure the smooth flow of our supply chain. You will manage inventory from start to finish by configuring our system (Odoo), monitoring supplier relationships, and overseeing the purchasing process to guarantee the availability of components. You will also handle returns and warranty logistics, making you the guardian of our material flow.
In the field, you will take on the role of conductor and quality assurance manager. You will coordinate, train, and supervise our teams of subcontractors to ensure that every intervention meets Tensio’s standards of excellence. At the same time, you will actively participate in the assembly, installation of sensors, and maintenance operations, ensuring quality after-sales service.
Finally, your daily work will allow you to contribute to innovation by collaborating with the research and development team to test our future solutions. Hands-on, resourceful, and with a good sense of initiative, you will be ready to combine rigorous operations management with technical action.

Qualifications
- DEP in Electromechanics or DEC in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Relevant experience in assembling or installing building systems
- Advanced French is required for this role
- Be prepared to divide your time between the office and the road to visit our customers across Canada, which requires a driver’s license
