As theSr.Retail Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for operationalizing & managing multiple platforms that positively impact on our Retail customer experience in-store. This role is responsible to create standard operating procedures (SOP) that transform how the sales team uses these assets as well as managing internal the systems and processing, analyzing the data to drive retail sales numbers.
This individual will manage all facets of the Retail Platform. The individual must be able to collaborate with global colleagues and other subsidiaries around the globe, our sales teams and retail partners, to
Serve as the lead and subject matter expert on our Retail platform to field questions, solve issues identified by our field sales managers, retail partners and account teams.
About The Role
- Collaborate with development team to drive change & improvement to the platform for the Canadian market
- Manage the App and Pricing tool for carrier & retail partners. Ensure sell in solutions are utilized & build out processes to effectively manage
- Manage demo mode translations to ensure timeline deadlines met for all product launches
- Manage the network connectivity & demo utilization, identify opportunities in channels to improve our demo connectivity rates, and utilization of demo devices
- Provide data driven insights from retail platform to retail and sales leadership teams with recommendations to improve customer experience on a regular basis
- Manage device demo experience, this should be a seamless end user experience for sellers and buyers in the retail environment
- Manage Digital Contents for our owned screens in field. Curate content lists in collaboration with channel managers, develop impactful content & publish /manage playlists
- Monitor and manage digital signage network. Connectivity, and work with third party partners to remedy issues in field.
- Develop & manage master display asset tracker in collaboration with field marketing team analysts & retail experience leads
What You’ll Need
- University degree or College equivalent (Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting) preferred.
- 3-5 years of retail support and planning and/or SOP planning and execution with large scale application
- Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP) an asset
- Knowledge and understanding of digital signage networks
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with ability to present control analysis and recommendations with clarity and professionalism.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Exceptional Excel and Power Point Skills.
- The position requires a broad audit experience and the ability to interact with management at all levels.
