Position Summary:

The Product Manager, Measurement and Regulation position reports to the Director of Gas Sales for the specific region, but functions autonomously in the promotion, sale, application, and problem solving required in all aspects of measurement and regulation solutions sales, including working knowledge of software and analytics sales. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to own the sales process for the territory by working collaboratively with manufacturing partners, sales management, and internal operations.

Territory – Western Canada (Manitoba and West)

General Responsibilities:

Develop full comprehension of KTI and the corporate objectives Maintain and develop relationships at existing accounts ensuring exceptional customer service for our customers via in-person and phone/virtual calls Seek new opportunities for growth including new product approvals to gain market share within the territory Understand and sell against competitive offerings Produce and deliver presentations for all levels of the organization including product training Lead RFP efforts including strategy, pricing and content development Present case studies/papers on market and product information in regional/national industry conferences Maintain current market intelligence gathered through industry publications and stakeholder contacts Represent the company in participation on industry committees Produce sales forecasts and regular account status updates Develop sales and personal goals and track progress Self-motivated, results-orientated individual with high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with integrity and a personable demeanor Demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with team members, management, and peers Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager

Education and Experience:

5 years sales experience, sales into the gas utility market preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Technical Field Proven track record of setting and meeting demanding sales objectives
