Dalcon Constructors Ltd is seeking experienced Journeyperson and Apprentice Pipefitters for multiple projects across Eastern, and Northern Ontario
Work Conditions & Remuneration
Journeyperson base wage: $44.13, as per the Collective Agreement
Schedule: can vary from 5/2, 10/4, or 14/7 Daily and rotational travel allowances available for those who qualify Must have reliable transportation Overtime may be required
As a Pipefitter for Dalcon Constructors Ltd, you will contribute to our team by
Holding a valid Pipefitter trade ticket or active apprenticeship
Having municipal water/wastewater experience, live plant, and tie-in experience Having hoisting, rigging and hydrotesting experience Being able to wear a personal respirator when required Demonstrating excellent communication skills Being able to work in a team or alone Taking direction and following established work processes Being safety conscious and adhering to all Dalcon’s safety processes and policies Meeting qualification and training requirements based on specific work conditions Working outdoors in various weather conditions Having experience working on a mine site Having experience operating construction equipment (i.e., telehandler), will be considered an asset Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head Other qualifications may be required
