We are seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
The Manager, Internal Communications leads the development and execution of strategic internal communication initiatives that inspire and inform employees, strengthening their connection to our purpose, priorities, and culture. This role plays a key part in reinforcing our employer brand and ensuring employees feel engaged, supported and aligned with where we’re headed.
As BC Pension Corporation advances into Wave 3 of Plan 20|30, this position is central to elevating thought leadership, supporting digital transformation, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The Manager takes a strategic, multi‑channel approach to content planning, ensuring communications are cohesive, timely and aligned with our employee experience narrative and corporate strategy.
Hybrid Work Model
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
Additional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area.
