About the role
Role: Power Automate Location: remote Mode: Contract
Key Responsibilities :Design, develop, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop .Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation .Work independently to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver with minimal supervision .Build, maintain, and optimize desktop automation flows for reliability, scalability, and performance .Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing automations .Document solution designs, process definitions, and technical specifications .Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements .Follow best practices for RPA governance, security, and error handling .Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed automations
. Required Qualification s:Total 8 to 10 years of overall IT / automation experienc e.4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Power Automate Deskto p.Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks/projects with minimal oversigh t.Strong understanding of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle, and process desig n.Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skill s.Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholder
s. Good to Have (Preferred Skill s):Experience building Power Automate Cloud Flo ws.Good working knowledge of Power Ap ps.Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosyst
