The Opportunity
Buffalo Bill’s is seeking a dynamicGeneral Managerto lead our incredible team and continue our legacy as a premier destination for locals and visitors alike. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, building a high-performing team, and driving business growth. This is a hands-on role where your leadership will directly impact the culture, profitability, and reputation of the venue.
Wage and Perks of the Job

Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead a full management team—Entertainment Manager, AGM, and Captains—ensuring coverage at all times.
- Set, review, and track OPPs for leaders; deliver performance reviews with clear growth roadmaps.
- Maintain accountability rhythms: daily check-ins, weekly Micro Scorecards, monthly P&L, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Conduct 52 one-on-ones with team members annually to support development and engagement.
- Recognize, reward, and elevate your team; participate in monthly Team Appie Hours to welcome new members.
- Optimize the guest journey online and pre-visit, building relationships before they arrive.
- Own the venue’s entry and atmosphere; ensure warm welcomes and checklist execution.
- Deliver 5-star service from entry to exit, including post-visit follow-ups to drive loyalty.
- Build strong community partnerships; meet weekly with local contacts to attract and engage guests.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Offering, and Pricing teams to maximize profitability and inventory management.
- Achieve quarterly targets for cover charge, profit, and labor.
- Plan and submit staff schedules 3 weeks in advance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee F&B, entertainment, and general inventory to maintain standards and par levels.
- Execute weekly and annual programming to engage locals, mid-week guests, and weekend visitors.
What You Bring to the Table
- Previous experience in a leadership role within hospitality, ideally in bars, restaurants, or entertainment venues.
- Proven track record of driving operational success, profitability, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Whistler’s hospitality landscape is a plus.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep community connections and a passion for mountain culture.
