What You Will Do In This Role
Ensure quality is at the highest standards
Be the ambassador of the Guest Journey through driving knowledge around hospitality and salesmanship Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standards Be a leader by demonstrating behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence
What We Are Looking For From You
Open to learning, coaching and career growth
Excellent communication, social and organizational skills To be driven and focused and execute with excellence Inspirational and motivational skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
