We're looking for an Order Fulfillment Team Member to join our Order Fulfillment team!

The OF Team Member spends most of their time rotating between picking, packing, and building orders. As a raw pet food company, our environments are cooler, with picking temperatures as low as -10 (this is why you rotate! brr...).

If you enjoy a hustle and bustle department, comfortable working in the cold, able to comfortably lift 30-40 lbs on a very frequent basis, are a positive and teamwork focused individual, and have a place in your heart for doing better for pets and their well-being - we can't wait to talk to you!

**This position works:**Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 3 pm

This role is eligible for a wage progression: Starting rate is $19/hour, $20 at 6 months, $21 at 12 months and annual reviews thereafter. This role is also eligible for Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble and load orders for shipment
• Ensure all orders are picked accurately, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move products around the warehouse and report product shortages to the Warehouse Manager.
• Communicate with Warehouse Manager and Drivers regarding daily orders and deliveries.
• Ensure all shipments are stacked, wrapped, and labeled according to BCR standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality control measures have been adhered to prior to shipment (safe for transport, no ripped boxes, etc.)
• Perform work in varying temperature environments.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Support a safe and healthy work environment by following all Health and Safety protocols/procedures, reporting any concerns to the Warehouse Manager, and otherwise adhering to the company’s Health and Safety program.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience General Warehouse / order picking / packing preferred.
• Ability to lift from 30 to 50 lbs.
• Team player.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
