Position Summary:

Drive the end-to-end execution of packaging visual communications for innovation, renovation, and design updates across multiple Nestlé brands. Collaborate with brand leads and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery from concept to shelf, aligned with Nestlé standards.

A day in the life of an D2D Packaging Partner:

  • Act as the marketing liaison for agency selection, briefing, and artwork timeline management.
  • Lead the Design-to-Delivery (D2D) workflow, ensuring timely and accurate inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external design, artwork, and pre-press partners.
  • Develop and maintain D2D timelines, & Inputs, facilitate meetings, and manage /resolve project risks.
  • Oversee label copy accuracy via Copy Deck (Label D) and coordinate UPC/SCC creation.
  • Oversight and Management of ContentHub facilitating functional inputs, ensure final artwork and digital assets are archived following standardized procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery for artwork files
  • Deliver print-ready files to pre-press and printers, including UPC scan testing.
  • Support excellence in operational packaging execution, determining optimization efficiencies across intersection points between cross functional teams and categories
  • Provide print guidance and support to marketing on packaging innovation.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in project management, design or consumer marketing at Nestlé with training or knowledge in print production for packaging, or 2+ years design agency experience in account management and/or project management. Ideally experience in both.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and deep experience managing packaging artwork projects from brief development through to print execution.
  • Completion of a University degree or diploma
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for packaging design and print innovation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in fast pace environment
