About the role
Reporting to the Change Manager, Business Improvement (BI), the Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting BI initiatives by enabling effective organizational change. In this role, you will ensure alignment between people, processes, and technology through structured change management practices. By partnering with project teams and stakeholders, you will assess change impacts, develop tailored change initiatives and plans, and drive adoption and readiness across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities
- Drives user adoption and experience through effective change management aligned with project and business objectives
- Facilitates workshops and engagement sessions to align stakeholders and support adoption efforts
- Develops change-related documentation and integrates change management into project governance frameworks
- Supports stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning to inform future-state solutions
- Translates change analysis into actionable deliverables (e.g., stakeholder registers, training needs, impact summaries)
- Conducts strategic analysis to enhance engagement, operational readiness, and sustainment for improvement projects
- Develops KPIs and integrates change metrics into dashboards and reporting in collaboration with project teams
- Applies insights from past projects and industry trends to evolve and optimize change management approaches
** Qualifications:**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in change management or business improvement roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) preferred
- Proven experience supporting PMO or enterprise transformation functions
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
- Skilled in change management frameworks and collaboration tools (e.g., ADKAR, Miro, Confluence)
- Demonstrated ability to embed change management into projects and initiatives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Analytical thinker with expertise in assessing change impacts and organizational readiness
- Confident working with executives, business leaders, and subject matter experts
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and working independently in a hybrid work setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience integrating change into business initiatives and transformation is highly regarded
** Work Environment:**
- This is a hybrid role involving both working from home and attending the office 1-2 days per week
- Occasional on-site presence may be required for key project milestones, stakeholder engagements or as business needs require
Compensation
Compensation - $76,000-$104,500 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
