Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the gas station.
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Utilize sales pipelines to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring accuracy.
- Engage in continuous learning to adapt to changing business needs.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Experience with sales pipelines and tracking performance.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs.
- Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- Attention to detail in processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in retail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
