About the role

๐Ÿฆท๐Ÿ—๏ธ Build the Future of Dental Care with 123Dentist! This role plays a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. You will support teams in executing projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

โš ๏ธ Experience in construction within multi-site medical or dental environments is required. ๐Ÿ”ง Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects
  • Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, progress reports)
  • Organize and lead project follow-up meetings (notes, minutes, action items)
  • Monitor project deliverables and identify risks or gaps
  • Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes
  • Receive, verify, and code project invoices
  • Develop and maintain vendor lists
  • Receive and present project quotes

๐ŸŽ“ Education & Qualifications

  • College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or a similar construction project coordination role
