WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM ME? Crafting connections:
- Tune into the guests requests and tailor experiences—whether they want a quick drink, a curated recommendation, or a full cocktail adventure.
Shaking up Great Drinks:
- Mix, shake, stir and garnish like a pro- balancing creativity with consistency.
Owning the Bar like a Boss:
- Keep the bar stocked, spotless, stylish, and ready for action—because nothing kills a vibe like missing mint or a messy counter.
- Stay cool under pressure, especially during those “everyone decided to order at once” moments.
- Follow all safety, Smart Serve, and cleanliness standards so guests feel taken care of from first sip to last.
Team Vibes Matter:
- Work in sync with your colleagues to keep service smooth and fun.
- Jump in where needed and uplift others; we’re tight‑knit, and we make magic happen together.
- Share your creativity—your new cocktail idea might just become the next signature drink.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- We are looking for one Full-time and one Part-time Bartender
- At least 5 years of experience creating memorable guest moments from behind the bar
- A solid mixology foundation paired with genuine passion for crafting unique cocktails
- A confident understanding of wine, from the classics to the conversations-starters
- Weekend and evening availability is essential, our most vibrant moments happen when the city lights are up
