Job Responsibilities

Proficient across six Program Modules: Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety Inside Sales: software and computer transaction, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting

Qualifications

College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management, strongly preferred Geo flexibility in Canada Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Passion for learning Authorized to work in Canada
