About the Role BoomerangFX is looking for a highly driven Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement to help scale and optimize our go-to-market organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll own the operational engine that supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while ensuring our revenue teams have the tools, processes, insights, and training needed to consistently exceed targets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, improving sales productivity, and driving measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You'll Do Lead Revenue Operations initiatives that improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health. Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, reporting accuracy, and process consistency. Develop dashboards and executive reporting to provide visibility into KPIs, pipeline performance, and revenue trends. Design and improve sales workflows, automation, and operational processes that support company growth. Build and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding programs, training resources, and enablement materials. Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve cross-functional alignment. Deliver structured sales training focused on Challenger Sales, Gap Selling, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques. Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey. Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies that improve productivity and execution. Support strategic GTM initiatives and drive operational excellence across the revenue organization.
What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or GTM Operations within a SaaS or high-growth technology company. Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM (Salesforce experience is also considered an asset). Experience building dashboards, reports, forecasting models, and sales analytics. Demonstrated success improving sales processes, CRM adoption, and operational efficiency. Experience creating sales training, onboarding programs, and enablement content. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple departments. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD + 20% Annual Performance Bonus Eligibility for the Company's Stock Option Plan after six (6) months of continuous employment
Location: Mississauga, Ontario Work Model: Full-time, Onsite (5 days per week)
