Job Description
Support the Housing and Conference Services department by assisting with routine repair and preventive maintenance tasks across campus. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in maintenance and facility operations. Work is routine and performed under close supervision in accordance with prescribed procedures and established guidelines.
Accountabilities
- Assist with completing minor, routine repair work as directed.
- Assist with maintenance duties such as but not limited to:
- Changing filters in bedroom & common room fan coil units
- Inspection and repair of furniture in bedroom & common rooms
- Painting
- Assists with furniture moves for various campus locations
- Assist with job site clean-up and debris removal as directed
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma.

Experience: Prior experience working in a maintenance field is preferred.

Required to move and lift up to 30 lbs

G-Class license is an asset
