- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with business priorities and audience needs.
Promotion & Engagement
- Create integrated promotion plans that span email, digital, and partner channels to drive attendance and participation.
- Partner with design and content teams to ensure messaging and creative are on-brand and compelling.

Measurement & Optimization
- Track event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, and engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future events and improve ROI.
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting in CRM and marketing platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Share event learnings, attendee feedback, and performance results with leadership and teammates.

- A balance of creativity and analytical thinking to design impactful experiences.
Preferred Skills
- B2B or SaaS event marketing experience.
- Familiarity with hybrid/virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, Hopin).
