NEEX is looking for an experienced Forex / CFD Sales Head to lead regional business growth, build and manage high-performing sales teams, expand IB and partner networks, and drive key business targets, including net deposits, trading volume, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies Build, train, and manage sales teams Expand IB, affiliate, partner, and client networks Drive market expansion and business growth Monitor KPIs, CRM pipeline, and sales performance Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and HR
Qualifications 6+ years of Forex / CFD sales experience Proven sales leadership and team management background Strong IB, partner, and client network in India or nearby regions Successful track record in achieving sales KPIs, including net deposits, FTDs, trading volume, and active clients Ability to develop regional sales strategies and execute market expansion plans
Required Skills Strong Forex / CFD industry experience Proven regional market resources
Preferred Skills Experience in managing high-performing sales teams Ability to drive key business targets
