The Marketing Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Emplify Health, leading the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience engagement across both digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Consultant will leverage patient and consumer insights to craft and implement strategic marketing, brand, and development plans aligned with enterprise priorities. In addition, the ideal candidate brings marketing consulting expertise, high-level research abilities, and a data-driven mindset. They are comfortable working within CRM platforms, building email marketing campaigns, developing marketing automation journeys, and supporting content and media initiatives. This is a role for someone who can think strategically and execute with precision! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams including market research, corporate communications, brand, digital marketing, design, finance, affiliates, clinical, and administrative leadership. Identify and analyze consumer trends, market intelligence, and business goals to develop high-impact, insight-driven marketing strategies. Utilize analytical thinking and curiosity about consumer, market, and industry trends to provide actionable and measurable recommendations. Lead the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives that enhance brand positioning and audience engagement. Partner with outside agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts What you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. 5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategic planning, or business development. Preferred: 2 years of experience engaging with upper-level decision makers. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions. Ad agency and CRM experience strongly preferred.
