About Optimize Financial Group Optimize Financial Group provides financial professionals with a suite of cutting-edge technology and robust training systems to help them grow their practices. We are looking for a Technical Trainer to guide our users through our platform.
The Opportunity We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs for internal staff and financial professionals, helping them build confidence and proficiency with our technology, processes, and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training sessions on Optimize’s software platform, including the CRM, reporting tools, and online account access. Create training materials, user guides, quick reference documents, and tutorials. Provide hands-on support and coaching to users to help them maximize their use of our technology. Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams to stay current on product updates, process changes, and new features. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content, delivery, and engagement. Support onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives for new and existing team members. Help identify knowledge gaps and recommend training solutions that improve adoption and performance.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional support, preferably in software, operations, or financial services. Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience creating training materials, documentation, or learning resources. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
