Mission The Project Manager, NPI and Onboarding, is responsible for leading customer onboarding and the integration of new products and services into operations. The role ensures smooth transitions from engineering development into production and customer delivery, driving cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality. This position also serves as a key point of contact for strategic and high-value customer accounts during onboarding, ensuring integrations are delivered to the highest standard of quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Contributing

• Lead and manage onboarding and new product integration projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for new customer onboarding, ensuring readiness across operations.
• Oversee integration of new products/services into existing systems, coordinating engineering handoff to production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to ensure seamless NPI execution.
• Define and document onboarding and NPI workflows, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Anticipate and address technical, supply chain, or operational risks impacting onboarding or NPI projects.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to streamline onboarding and product integration processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding/NPI discussions with internal teams and customers.
• Provide transparent updates on project milestones, risks, and readiness status to leadership and stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart

• 5+ years’ experience in project management within engineering, operations, or product integration.
• Proven success in customer onboarding and/or new product introduction.
• Experience managing strategic or high-value customer accounts, balancing client expectations with internal delivery.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• SAP/ERP/JIRA/Confluence/Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization.
