The Supervisor, Snow School champions our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences while uniting their team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to supervise their assigned programming within our learning centres, ensuring the school is run efficiently and monitoring the on-hill performance of staff.
They are responsible for managing and inputting payroll and performing quality management on a consistent basis. They will also ensure the quality of Snow School products by monitoring the on-hill performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to staff in a timely manner and performing service recovery to guests when necessary.
SEASONAL- PART TIME HOURLY WAGE- $21.43 WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Learning Centre Management
- Executes lesson assignments and staff schedules.
- Updates scheduling software and audits shift time records.
- Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
- Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
- Supports the on-going advancement of the Business Unit plan via day-to-day operation and daily leadership.
Inputting Payroll
- Ensuring accuracy of lesson assignment in staff schedule for daily payroll approval
Quality Management
- Delivers training and communication for departmental service delivery and operations that create revolutionary guest experiences and achieve OKRs.
- Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
- Provide staff with on hill support when the opportunity presents itself, also relying on veteran staff for input and feedback.
- Provide staff with immediate feedback when performance issues and good work are observed.
- Refer to the daily staff feedback when completing the individual pros seasonal performance evaluations.
- Manage the “Employee and Guest Experience”
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
- Previous Ski / Snowboard instructing experience
- Experienced CSIA/CASI Level II, III or IV
- Previous leadership experience
