About the role
Are you an experienced engineer with a track record of optimizing complex systems? Eventscape is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Process Engineer with expertise in manufacturing processes, risk assessment and continuous improvement to support the delivery of innovative, large scale architectural projects.
WHO ARE WE?
Eventscape is a global leader in custom architectural fabrication, committed to tackling challenging designs and pushing the boundaries of innovation. We specialize in engineering, fabricating, and installing cutting-edge projects for top architects, designers, developers, contractors, and artists.
With state-of-the-art machinery and a commitment to both traditional craftsmanship and advanced digital fabrication, Eventscape truly is an architectural toy factory—We build things others can’t.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Process Engineer in our architectural manufacturing team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the internal systems that support the design, fabrication, and delivery of high-quality architectural products. This role is less about managing individual projects and more about enhancing the processes that make our operations run efficiently, safely, and profitably.
You’ll lead efforts in documenting and standardizing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, implementing process controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, finance, design, and production teams to ensure processes align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives. Your expertise will also be key in supporting contract reviews and risk assessments, ensuring that operational capabilities match contractual obligations and client expectations.
This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward manufacturing environment and is passionate about building scalable, sustainable systems that support long-term growth.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong engineering background, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations and project management—preferably within the architectural, manufacturing or project-based environment
- A passion for process optimization and operational excellence
- Experience identifying risks, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing effective process controls to mitigate them.
- A precision and process-oriented mindset enabling you to systematically document workflows, perform thorough evaluations and implement data driven improvements
- Proficiency reviewing technical records, contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with project and organizational goals.
- Familiarity with industry terminology and practices for architects, builders, designers, engineers, and developers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Great interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

About EVENTSCAPE
Our focus is customization, our playground is architecture and our expertise is fabrication. At Eventscape, we collaborate with top architectural firms, designers and artists worldwide to "build the extraordinary."™ It’s our unique, hands-on approach combined with leading digital fabrication technologies that enables us to successfully turn your architectural dreams into reality. How do we do it? By working together to refine your design concept, providing expertise on materiality, finishes, details and fabrication methods; plus, embracing R+D as a critical part of each project’s success. With dedicated project managers, design detailers, engineers, fabricators, staging as well as shipping services and installers - all in-house, we provide a turnkey solution for building your custom architectural features.
Our culture speaks for itself! An open-concept modern office full of hand-painted collectible movie posters, vintage stereos, 80’s skateboard decks and 2 motorcycles - if you can believe it – which inspire us and are a common source of creativity. Not to mention, you can always leave your desk for a spot beside the fireplace or outside on our patio.
Full of like-minded creatives, who love what they do and have fun doing it, the office is where we host friendly competitions, team celebrations and indulge in delicious snacks from nearby bakeries. Getting together outside the office isn’t uncommon as we continue to participate in Community events (Ride for Heart and Canstruction Toronto) and meet up for paintball sessions or golf games. This is an exciting, fast-paced work-environment that allows employees to quickly see the results of their contributions. With access to state of the art machinery, we truly are an architectural toy factory. We build what others can’t.
